its just a matter of mind and sense conditioning but if you can still prohibited well its a matter of time and of course your willingness to avoid doing it. hope this will matter to you, thank you.

I flap my arms around sometimes when thinking but only in private, I can control whilst out in public.

I used to do that a lot when I was younger. People would always play tag with me and then tag me really quickly because I was so slow, and they were mean because of the hand flapping :(

Except it could be taken badly since I'm not technically an aspie. Inserting "borderline" would somewhat ruin the flow of the phrase.
