practice is the best option, when saying th sounds, to start with, stick your toungue right out
the way i see it, dyspraxia is an extra hurdle in every race i run, but that extra hurdle, is just extra exercise, so in the end, i will come through stronger.

I'm really obsessive about this  It actually makes me to punch someone if they say "F" instead of "Th". I say my "Th" fine but of course, not everybody is the same. Might I suggest making a recording of yourself? It might help you to improve your speech.

People can't help it if they have trouble talking.

I have the exact same trouble especially the word "Three". I try my hardest to say it but the "Th" just catches itself and it ends up come out as "Flea" which in some situations it is really humorous but in others, just plain embarrassing. If I have to say, I will try to cover it up using a mumble or a cough. "Yellow" is another word I struggle with, I can't say it right, I have trouble with the "Ys and Ls" as well.

But at the end of the day, I really don't care that much. After years of speech therapy, I'm thankful I can speak at quite a moderate level.

Does anyone have trouble with saying "ing"? I do, sometimes.

I sometimes say 'free' instead of 'three', but i don't think anyone notices.

When i was little, i couldn't say "the" properly - i used to say 'ler', which made me always spell it wrong. I think i grew out of it, but i can't really remember.
