my ankles are screaming, my entire body is worn out, but my ankles hurt normally. my ankles are really bad right, normally, pian isnt a problem, but does anyone have any ideas in the short term, of how to deal with it without drugs. i will be speaking to my dr, but i would like to do something in the mean time. any ideas?
the way i see it, dyspraxia is an extra hurdle in every race i run, but that extra hurdle, is just extra exercise, so in the end, i will come through stronger.

Without drugs, I would either use a heating pad, an electric blanket, lots of normal blankets, and then try to take a nap.

Sometimes an ice pack can help too. It depends on what type of pain it is I think.
