i get that, some, mainly flouresent and sun, light triggers migranes. i wear a hat, a black one, all the time. some poeple like tinted lenses too.
you might also like to look at irlens syndrome infromation.
the way i see it, dyspraxia is an extra hurdle in every race i run, but that extra hurdle, is just extra exercise, so in the end, i will come through stronger.

I hate bright lights. I however find soft light comforting.

bright lights hurts my eyes and painful. I am sensitive to noise, sound, light, people yelling, storms, too much information told to me all at once and i go on sensory overload.
I am lucky i have my weighted blanket.

I have coloured glasses to help me cope with bright lights. Even with them on I hate flashing lights.

if you are over senstive to light (photosensitiveity) please please request you get a topography test done to check your cornea's are behaving,

as someone with severe keratoconus, mytopia, macular degeneration, a cornea transplant and a cataract I cant' stress strongly enough how important it is to ensure you get a full check out of your eyes, you are entitled to this, PM me if youwant .
