I don't think that is caused by dyspraxia.

Yeah, I get that. But then again, I've had problems with my knees and calves all my life.

I have problems with my calf muscles and hamstrings but not in my knees. Maybe you are not warming up adequately and pushing your muscles beyond what they can cope with-just a suggestion.

Yes.

But that's because I'm unfit.

Sometimes dyspraxia and hypermobility or hypertonia are co-morbid that can make your joints feel a bit tired.

I get pain in my ankles, but that's because the tendons are too short so I end up putting all my weight through my toes and up to my ankles. I also lock my knees when I jump which might explain the hip trouble. My right hip hurts in cold/damp weather and such.

my knees are at a strange angle so I used to occasionally get a pulling sensation in them. I know a few dyspraxics whose legs are shaped differently which affects their gait too. Now I have unrelated joint problems though.

Depending on how bad it is I'd suggest going to your doctor. If something is causing you pain it's always a good idea to get it checked out.

I have Joint problems, my hips shoulders dislocate, I have really painful knees and find it hard to get out of the bath. I didn't realise until recently that this is all related to dyspraxia.
