hello. i was first diagnosed with dyspraxia when i was (about) 15. at the time, it didn't really bother me, as i was being home taught and so i didn't have the same pressures as other teens do in school. but since i started my exams (and grew up a bit), i have been noticing it more and more. i am so worried about this, as no one seems to know if it is progressive or not, and i know that alot of you would say that exams=stress, which means less sleep=worse condition, but i am so scared that it might get a whole lot worse!!!!! please help me! all i would like is some reassurance that i'me not alone in this. thx, love, cullenfairy14.xxxxxxxxxxxhttp://www.dyspraxicteens.or ... post&f=13#

Dyspraxia isn't progressive. Hormones and stress and things can make it worse in the short term, but it should settle down eventually.

I agree with A,B and C Ruby

Mine also gets worse if I don't feel well. Mine has been worse today because of hayfever.

i'm doing a lot of exams too this summer and i'm feeling stressed about it. i try to take deep breaths before an exam and try to imagine that it's not an exam.

I feel really rather silly now. For some reason I just saw 'C'.

My brain is frazzled. Think I'm going to blame uni assignments on that one.

I have to agree stress and tiredness are big factors.
