good days, bad days

Tue Sep 16, 2014 9:07 pm

Do you guys feel like there are days when your dyspraxia just doubles in severity? It's like, when you wake up you already know what's happening and the rest of the day you are completely scatterbrained (I mean like, even more then usual) and worthless all day long? And then there seem to be other days when you just feel amazing and all the counter-force the dyspraxia usually brings is gone and you could just do anything without it?
Anyway, unfortunaly the first happens more often then the last. It seems to happen more often when I'm tired or stressed-out though. Does anybody else get these? I mean, of course everybody has good-days and bad-days, but, like, this extreme?

Yes I have extremes when it comes to how my dyspraxia affects me. When I am tired or not feeling well or anxious, I am noticeably more impaired in terms of my balance. I think I am the sort of person who just operates in extremes with everything though. I'm the same with my moods-I'm either really happy, chatty and excited or really tearful and thinking that I'm worthless and pathetic, never anything in between.

I'm like that too, some days I feel able to forget about my dyspraxia, and others I feel like I am never able to forget it, though unfortunately the latter is more common than the former for me.

I find that my dyspraxia gets worse during my monthly. :/
