Iv been trying to do some work for uni and starting to wonder why I bother as I can't get it done, the other 3 moduals of this semester are fine whereas this one is causing me so many problems I want to scream, if anyone can help then please let me be helped.

You are to design a factsheet for care assistants in a nursing home

This factsheet is to help them with their communication and supportive skills and involves background information on the theories behind this topic

the factsheet has to be on as few a4 sides as possible

in your own words
easy to read - therefore a summary
well presented - use a computer for design and do the factsheet

the factsheet must identify the different theories/perspectives on communicating

psycho analytical

for each other the above

a sentance to define each perspective
examples of psychologists who came up with the theories
the advantages of each theoiry
disadvantages of each theory

hope your feeling better about your work today.

The way I would approach this task would be when I am calm and relaxed

I would strat by Breaking it down
1. I would Gather the information on the theories this can probably be found in a book relating to communication.( or use the web i.e google to get a general overview) then relate it to a text book (academic) latter.

2. Id open a word (or any other office program you wish to use)
and think about how id present the data

3. Its gotta be easy to read so Id avoid to complex language so it can be understood. it says summary so keep it brief and straight to the point.

4. presentation Id use bold headings, colours, lots of space between the different perspectives so they dont get confused with each other.

good Luck
