You walk downstairs with a gatto (creamy cake), trip and... the cake splats onto the brand new clean door and slides down it, the plate crashes into your mums ornamental jug, smashing the jug and the plate. and you fall down the stairs and injure your knee. phew! just another day in the life of me  wait....why the flip was I walking DOWN the stairs with a cake...?

When you put your bike in the shed for safe keeping and then 5 seconds later you have a big debate weather or not you took the bike in.

when you're talking on your mobile to someone, realise it is no-longer in your pocket and panic, thinking you've lost it.

when you forget what yu're going to type.

when you come back from a dig woth twice as many bruises as everyone else.

when you put rubbish in the washing basket, and nearly put washing in the rubbish bin.

Is that related to dyspraxia? I know that nervousness/anxiety e.t.c. are related, but is there another connection do you think?

When you get ready for bed, go to bed, read for a while, put your book down and are about to turn off the light, when you realise you forgot to take your contact lenses out, so have to get back up.

If you take medication, you forget that if you've actually taken the medication or not and get really scared about overdosing yourself.

your meant to add water to microwave soup?

that explains a lot
