I don't really consider myself part of the fandoms but on Tumblr, I do regularly scroll through the tags and do reblog stuff so I guess in that sense, I am. Let's see...

Downton Abbey, Sherlock, Merlin, Whitechapel (TV, not the band), Doctor Who, Torchwood etc.

My main issues with fandoms though is that some members can take it a little too extreme.

Well, the only fandom I truly consider myself to be part of is Harry Potter.

I could probably say I'm part of the Stargate fandom, and sorta part of the Dr Who fandom, but not as much as other people are.

I like Star Wars and Star Trek, but I'm no-where near the level of being a trekkie or a whatever people in the Star Wars fandom are called.

Edit: I'm not sure if it comes under Harry Potter because they've done other stuff as well, but I consider myself part of the Starkid Fandom. and If there were one, I would be part of the ever after fandom. but that seems to sort of be non-existent.

I know exactly what you mean! As much as I love the Sherlock fandom, they have an unfortunate reputation for being a little insane (Sometimes, it's funny, though). But the hate they're getting for the HobbitTrekLock business is just uncalled for. Crossovers happen all the time, and I've never seen so much hate targeted at one particular fandom!
What is it like in your funny little brains? It must be so boring. ~ Sherlock :)

I've definitely seen that side of them! I remember when Elementary was first airing, some of the hate posts from the Sherlock fandom were scary! I was like whoa, chill out, there is room for both shows to exist, you don't have to pick between them!

I love it when there is a episode on TV of a show and the fandom is just liveblogging, it makes it so much more fun watching. :D

I don't identify to a specific fandom really but I am a fan of many things in anime, music and books.
Hell, I like the whole MLP:FIM thing, Dragonball Z and I listen to some of the weirdest forms of metal known to exist.
You might know me one of these aliases:
Spyke, Shoden

if not, well.
blah.

Doctor who

I could consider myself part of merlin and sherlock. Scene every episode and often reblog those type of things.
My problem is that sometimes I get scared of wholocks on tumblr.......obviously i'm only referring well to just anyone who shoves something down your throat. I could not watch sherlock for so long to the massive amount of freaking out their was over tiny things and the amount of times i got told "OMG You are a doctor who fan but haven't watched SHERLOCK!"
then I'm sort of like...yes because I love doctor who....and sherlock is a completely different show. Sherlock is amazing, I'm just scared of some of its fans. In all fairness I'm also terrified of tennant fan girls.

I'm fully obsessed with doctor who since I was 6.
