i have just watched mary shelleys frankenstein from 1994 with deniro in it. i must admit that tears came to my eyes slightly. for the monster. i felt saddened by the monsters plight. this poor creature brought back not knowing anything just brought in and left by a creator not knowing what hes doing. it sickened me at the part where frankenstein brought his wife back to life and in grief and slight joy tries to get her to dance with him. you had to see the seen to feel sickened. anyway good film. the books a masterpiece.

We read the book in English once, I thought it was pretty good.
