Woman in Black

Has anyone seen Woman in Black? Is it really scary? I'm not great with scary films but I'm a big fan of Daniel Radciffe so I'm thinking about going to see it.

I haven't seen it but have heard from everyone who has seen it that it has really scared them which is why I don't want to see it.

I don't know if I should see it or not. I know you don't see much blood but a friend of mine said it's scarier than The Others which I thought was quite scary.

I like Daniel Radcliffe whose in it and that's why I want to see it.

It's not 'scary' at some parts it makes you jump as its a tad creepy.

I want to go see it even though I'm not great with scary films, I jump an awful lot. It's not the image that scares me, it's the sound that gets me so often when I know a scary bit in coming up, I have to block my ears until it's passed. I will probably wait until the DVD comes out though as nobody I know wants to go see it and I really wouldn't like to go on my own!

I think it's the sound that terrifies most people, Remus-it certainly does terrify me! When I was doing A Level Media Studies and we were studying horror film conventions, my teacher said that if you watch a horror film on mute, it loses between 50 to 75% of its scariness.
