listening to music, playing the sims, watch a dvd, read a good book, talk to someone from here or similar site, i sometimes find it easier to tell someone online something rather than my actual friends

Play-doh is a good stress reliever. I like to mash it up in my hands!

Yeah, it's a fun thing to play with. I have had Play-Doh ever since I can remember. Right now I have a hot pink canister of it on my desk. I decorated it with Spiderman stickers and Mr. Incredible stickers because I like superheroes. Spiderman is my favorite superhero. :D

I find stress balls a good relief! Also listening to music and watching my Friends DVD set-I love them and have all 10 series.

I smashed up the phone once , it just made me feel worse. I think reading a book or doing yoga really helps.

This one is wise! For me nothing's much more stress relieving/relaxing than video games.

Homestarrunner!

Anyway, I don't find video games stress relieving, but I suppose they're a route to escapism.

I like doing this when I'm stressed but mostly it just annoys people and keyboard just doesn't cut it, hehe.

* manipulate something soft and unbreakable, like a pillow, blu tach or stress ball

* Scribble on paper

* Do some light exercise (No, really!) such as walking, swimming or bouncing up and down on a trampoline

* Talk to somebody about how you are feeling, or write down negative thoughts into a diary

* Write down all your negative thoughts and then tear the piece of paper up and throw it in the bin. As you are doing this, visualise your problems disapeearing

* Read a book or watch a good television program

* If you are in a stressful situation and feel as if you are going to have a panic attack etc. try playing some stress relieving games with yourself in your head. For example, counting up in sevens, thinking as many words as you can in a given category... this ISN'T opting out of the situation as you are still in the situation and dealing with it.

hehe
