My body does this alot.
with having sensory integration disorder it is a challenge to live with.

I have it as well. Though I don't go into a full blown panic attack. I just start to shake and sit in a corner because I can't hear a thing, its all a blur. I find that if its hearing, wear head phones (you can see the type on the NOISE, post). I just try and block out as much noise as possible with headphones. I hope this helps.

i find the best thing is block out as much as possible. headphones, dark glasses, hat (peaked cap), sit where your not going to be touched too much, and if you can, avoid the situations that cause you problems, if you explain, you may be able to avoid more than you think.

I don't have a sensory integration disorder but I go into sensory overload quite easily. I find earplugs help hugely, but sunglasses make little difference (my eyes just ajust).
