I know from reading previous topics that people with Dyspraxia tend to get a lot of head aches. Something to do with bad posture???, any way I find Yoga helps (especially at 6:00 in the morning). I get loads (practicably every day....) and was wondering if any one had some tips to help....

Have you seen a doctor about it?

No, but I did have colour overlays for reading when I was younger, and my reading is not good, I skip lines a lot. SO first we (mum and I) are going to the local Irlen Syndrome testing centere, un-luckily it costs a lot to get tested and about £70 for the lenses. Because were about to do biulding work on the house, we can't afford it at the moment

It may not be to do with dyspraxia or Irlen syndrome. See your GP as well.
