I get that, what usually helps me is to stop what I'm doing and close my eyes, and take in a big, deep breath. That usually relaxes me enough to say the words that I'm trying to say.

I get VERY frustrated. Once I was talking to my mum and couldn't say a word. I got so mad that I threw my hairbrush to the wall.
