The My Personal Best
project is designed to help teenagers/young adults with various difficulties to develop a stronger sense of self-worth, plan challenges for themselves, and to take pride in their achievements - all with support from other users. It's run by B-eat, the eating disorders charity, but you don't have to have an eating disorder to use the tools on the site. Some of the tools are really good (an interactive calendar that allows you to monitor your mood and see which events and activities helped you and which didn't, for example). I'm on there as fireopal.
