I don't know if anyone else has this but I find drama to be a huge help with coping with my dyspraxia.I first joined a drama club in primary school and since then my confidence has shot up, I've been in two of the school productions now, singing and even dancing on stage and in front of crowds. The confidence it's given me is unbelievable, I actually find myself having the odd polite conversations with strangers, something that never would have happened before. I'm hoping to join the youth academy at my local theatre in September as well. I strongly advise everyone here to try drama, it helped me and it could help you to. I've never once looked back and it's help me so much, it's defenatly worth a try.
“And those who were seen dancing were thought to be insane by those who could not hear the music.”
― Friedrich Nietzsche
