because of my dypraxia i am sat in bed with a broken elbow i managed to fall over for no reson at all on to my elbow witch was difficult to explain to the doc any tips on how to do every day things one handed

Just explain to him/her that your dyspraxic, you don't quite know what happened but you broke your elbow. They'll understand if their medical proffesionals, and don't worry, I've broken my thumb sitting on a couch before so your not alone!

If you have trouble opening bottles/turning on taps/writing/typing/eating, ask someone at school/work to do it for you, then gesture to your broken elbow. They'll understand, I've done that before
