Cutting finger nails and tonails

Postby Creative » Wed Jun 01, 2011 2:54 pm

I find cutting my finger nails and toenails very difficult. Anyone got any tips on how to make it easier?

I'm very OCD about my fingernails, I cut them about once a week or every two weeks, but I don't really have any tips. Just try to avoid ripping any skin off. That happens me too many times

I tend to bite my fingernails so they never really grow to a long length but, when they do, I have always found clippers to be more effective than nail scissors. I get my toenails done at a specialist clinic as I have a genetic abnormality which means my little toenails don't grow in the right way (they're not ingrowing but they don't grow in the right direction, if that makes sense!) and thus it's really painful to cut them.
