fork like a baby does.

I done this grip all my life.
that all i know and she said i use alot of muscles to eat.
i have my head over and grip spoon.


have you heard you do the same thing?

i know i use a whole hand grip, which is similar to a babys grip, but i dont know if it is the same. i dont have an OT any more.
the way i see it, dyspraxia is an extra hurdle in every race i run, but that extra hurdle, is just extra exercise, so in the end, i will come through stronger.

I've never had an occupational therapist (I was to old or something) but my grips different to people and if I see the food coming off my fork or spoon I bring my head closer to the food so it doesn't get on my clothes and stuff lol.
