Slightly weird question to do with knees

Postby kat95 » Sun May 06, 2012 7:24 pm

Hey guys very weird question but I noticed this the other day as I was walking down the road has anybody found that their knees or knee suddenly gives way for no apparent reason or when you are tired?

It might have nothing to do with dyspraxia, I was just curious whether it had something to do with weak muscle tone or anything and whether there is anything that you can do to stop it doing that I ended up practically falling over last time it happened :/.

Thanks
Katie :)

Yeah, that occasionally happens to me, but i usually manage to stop my self from falling over. I think this happens to everyone every once in a while though. I don't know of anything that can prevent it.

this happens to me quite a lot but i think mine is because when i was in year 5 i fall of my bike when trying to learn to ride and badly damage both my knees. But like galexy96 said it probably happens to everyone and that they probably nothing to prevent it.

Yeah my knees do that occasionally-I always just thought it was because I was born with weak knees which always used to dislocate when I was a child.

I find that sometimes I find that happens; luckily I seem to be able to hold my balance. I find that if I kneel down or crouch my knees start to ache and I have to stand back up.

Oh yeah, mine ache all the time when I stand up for even like 5 minutes in the same spot. Or I could be walking and randomnly they decide they don't wanna walk anymore so they hurt then I collapse.
