I tend to flap my hands a lot and they shake when I am stressed or anxious. I also get told I make odd movements with my hand which I never really notice I'm doing. It's often related to autism but I think people with dyspraxia do it quite a bit too.

I flap my hands and arms around too also when I'm stressed or anxious. For some reason, it just makes me feel better although I am aware enough to make sure not to do in public. I really like to pace up and down when I'm nervous too.

I notice that I do leg bopping when I am idling, my right leg goes on my toes and moves up and down, and I use my hands a lot when I am talking. When I get angry/nervous/upset I tend to get very fidgety and sometimes I feel like pacing.

Sit on your hands. If you don't want to make gestures with them

I always get the shivers when I'm anxious.
