List all your stress relief tips here.

Listen to music. Take a walk. Play with your cat or dog or other animal. Play with your friends. Ride a bike. Play an instrument. Write a story. Sing a song. watch a comedy or a drama movie. Okay, your turn.

I take my stress out at my punch bag.............. most of the time it can varry to my locker,sometimes sprinting, I do that to forget about all my problems, people tell me I can be quite fast when I use that tekneke, sorry I cant figure out how to spell tekneke, I think theres supposed to be a Q in that word somewhere?

During school i generally take a walk around somewhere quiet. At home i play videogames to reduce stress.

These are the things that I like to do when I'm stressed:

1.) Lose yourself in a book.
2.) Take a brisk walk in quiet surroundings.
3.) Pray.
4.) Talk to someone from DT.
5.) Go and spend half an hour in Waterstone's.
6.) Make a timetable so the things you have to do no longer seem so daunting.
7.) Confide in a special needs assistant.

Punch a pillow or a teddy bear. Teddy bears always forgive and forget. :)

If your at home try baking, meditation, a bath or crying (which will happen anyway if you ignore it).

At school it's harder. At lunchtimes you can retreat to the library. Otherwise it's got to be a good book or a cosom built world in you head.

Trust me, I'm an expert in stress on acount of being Miss Nurotic 1991 through 2007 (my entire life)

I suppose I always take it out on my mum (she always forgives) A goosd way of coping is to take the dog out for a long walk and hope I dont meet any neds
