Communicating effectively and gaining self-esteem

Postby Hermionefan5 » Thu Feb 19, 2009 3:11 am

I had a recent problem lately where I couldn't think of what I wanted to say during a conversation where I felt like I was being criticized (I wasn't, I just thought it), but I wondered what do you do to communicate what is jumbled inside your brain into words another person can understand? Furthermore, how do you gain self-confidence? I have been doing well with self-confidence lately, but had a major pitfall and cried my eyeballs out today. It was really embarrassing as I didn't know why I was crying exactly. If anyone could give me tips or even just commiserate with me it'd be great. :)

Comunicatoin can be dificutl. I think if you are havign trouble first you should stop talkign. Stay stiel and try nto to try and talk for a bti. then when your words are coming beter try again. it will olny be mreo and more hard if you keep tryign when your brain has stoped.
