practicing eye contact

Postby Hermionefan5 » Sat Feb 14, 2009 5:28 pm

Anybody have any ideas for how to practice making eye contact? I practice it a little bit with my stuffed animals, but it's a lot harder with people and it seems my eyes sometimes go down automatically when I try really hard.

Why don't you try and look at peoples necks, then their ear, mouth, nose or forehead...

I don't have this problem but hope this helps anyhow! :D

what i do is a make eye contact and when i think im gonna break it i sort of 'scratch my forehead' and cover my eye :P helps me a great deal i think its all about disguising it so your not actualy looking away just giving yourself a quick moment of releif
