Head aches, Lots of them..

Postby James Brimer » Thu Jun 03, 2010 12:03 pm

I know from reading previous topics that people with Dyspraxia tend to get a lot of head aches. Something to do with bad posture???, any way I find Yoga helps (especially at 6:00 in the morning). I get loads (practicably every day....) and was wondering if any one had some tips to help....

No, but I did have colour overlays for reading when I was younger, and my reading is not good, I skip lines a lot. SO first we (mum and I) are going to the local Irlen Syndrome testing centere, un-luckily it costs a lot to get tested and about £70 for the lenses. Because were about to do biulding work on the house, we can't afford it at the moment :( .

It may not be to do with dyspraxia or Irlen syndrome. See your GP as well.
