What support do you get?

I would say try not to let it stress you out - It's harder to work if you're pancking about it, But i know that is hard to do. Try talking to your lecturer or Tutor about it - they may be able to get you some help.

What type of coursework is it? If we know the subject we might be able to give you better help. I approached my science coursework in a different way from my history coursework, for example, and I would need to know what you're doing before I could suggest anything specific.

A good general technique is to dedicate a set period of time each day to your coursework. Always keep to the same time (say 4:00pm - 5:00pm) and leave your regular homework until later. Set a clear goal for each of those hours (are you going to do some research in the library? Make notes from your textbook? Write a rough plan?) so you do not get overwhelmed.
