Chocolate?

Unfortunately, that really only works once your hormones have settled down enough to turn you into an unreasonable wreck for a few days at a time, and even then not very well.

Try to find an outlet for your emotions like writing or drawing or even sport. Also, try to keep in mind that your reactions to things are not always rational, and never be too embarassed to apologise when you've cooled down.

*hugs* I'm sorry I don't have more advice, to be honest I didn't cope with that stage of life too well myself.

Not sure how to cope (other than just breathe) but at least I know I'm not the only one! :P Though I am worse when I'm tired, so get some extra sleep when you can!

Yes extra sleep is always good. Things do improve and everyone goes through this. You are not alone.

There is not a single person that has not been affected by a hormonal imbalance in themselves, their family, friends or co-workers. Hormones rule our day because they are powerful messengers in the body. They frame our perceptions, our moods and our performances. We do not have to be the victim of our unruly hormones. There are things we can learn to do so that our hormones will behave and keep us calm, centered and loving, no matter what is happening around us. Hormones are the key to tranquility in our lives and who doesn't want more tranquility?
